Where do you ship from?

Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal, and to US customers from New York state. No import fees or any local tax for US customers.

How much is the shipping cost?

It is Free shipping anywhere in USA or Canada, but you can also get additional express delivery option, available depending on your print size.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 10-15 working days and take between 15-20 days to be delivered. 

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please do not panic, the tracking number can take up a few days to load on to the system. Contact us via email and someone will assist you.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems.  If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily refund lost or damaged orders. Return shipping fees will not be covered by Epique Prints if the items are to be returned

Do you deliver orders to my country?

Unfortunately we are now only taking orders in North America and USA. If you are outside of this region, please E-mail us and we will assist our custom order.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, please contact us only if the order has been made less than 24 hours and we will be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched past 24 hours cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any order made within 24 hours can be cancelled. Please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched past 24 hours from the time of purchase cannot be canceled.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're untampered and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we'll email you once your exchange order has been dispatched.
